another 7fgcu25 wont start thread

i have a toyota 7fgcu25 serial# 01904. it wont start there is no voltage going to the top or bottom of the lp regulator.
if i start the forklift with carb cleaner then slowly open the propane valve. the lift will run with a the twc warning light on.
it will run until i shut it off. then wont start again.

i have read through all the threads on here and checked the things mentioned in prior posts.

what is "reasonable"? sometimes (often) the cheapest tech's cost you the most money. next time you need help post your email address and someone will give you sound advice. you have to spell out the "dots", "ats" and "coms" or your e will be deleted.
most techs work very hard rain, cold, shine or unbearable heat and all of us have a "large " tool burden to maintain. what seems like a lot of money may not be as out of range as it looks. $40.00 per hour for 10 hours is still mathematically greater than $90.00 for three hours.
