hello i have a problem with a HYSTER richtrack R1.4 my costumer put wrong the battary plug and now at my zapi tester shows (wrong set bat) (Logic failure) (CAN BUS KO) can help me what need to do?

I have the same problem with these trucks. Mod 6 Slave? If anyone knows i have checked manual but no help also the battery tray latch is always seizing up.

Error code Type of failure Failure explanation Troubleshooting
21534 Horn failure The controller detects
that the circuit of the
horn coil is open
1. Switch off the key switch and switch it on
after few seconds and check if the same
error code is repeated
2. If it is, disconnect the battery
3. Disconnect the controller connector and
check the resistance between pin 20 on the
truck connector and the key switch
- If the resistance is higher than 50O
- replace the horn
- replace the wiring

I have a problem The truck runs normally, but the alarm appears when happen vibration on truck or after 2 hours from work the truck shut down and screen show this message:

CAN BUS KO
S 247
NO CAN MSG N.03
P 247
NO CAN MSG N.02

And turn off and on disappears alarms and operates normally.
can you tell me how I can solve this problem?

The controller detects
that the main contactor
is not switched on
1. Switch off the key switch and switch it on
after few seconds and check if the same
error code is repeated
2. If it is, check the voltage drop across the
contacts of the main contactor
- if the voltage drop is higher than 2V,
replace the main contactor
3. Disconnect the battery
4. Check the fuse on the controller
- replace the fuse
5. Check the power wires that come to and
from the main contactor contacts
- replace the wires
6. Check if the wires are well tight on the main
contactor
- tighten the wires
7. Check if the wire from the main contactor is
well tight on the controller power terminal
B+
- tighten the wire
