SAT For 1r no use , no charge , worked perfect 1yr ago, now alarm code 06 and its continuously beeping while plugged in to onboard charger , gotta be something simple , only has 109hrs

Check the battery voltage. If it is below 20 volts that is your problem. If you are using flooded batteries and you left them sit for one year they are probably not any good.
