Alarm 30 on node 3

Hello everybody I hope some body can help me. We have a Heli cpd20s here serial number 060201D6280 configuration number S-cq2 with a zapi dualac2 controller. My problem in when you turn the key on alarm 30 on node 3 comes up immediately and the unit has no controls. The controller was just sent out to the dealer to get rebuilt because the cooling fan failed and the controller overheated. Does anybody have any tips on where to proceed from here? Or any troubleshooting tips.? Thanks in advance
