Aisle guide wheels

Does anyone know how to change the front guide aisle guide wheels? The pin comes out of the top but I can not figure out how to get the wheel to come out of the sleeve far enough to get the pin out.

On one side you will have to move the battery to get to the bolts is I remember correctly.

From inside the battery compartment there is a block that has to be unbolted.
