Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) GC40K:
Accel pot

I anyone can tell me how to set the acceleration potentiometer on a GC40K it would be much appreciated. This truck has an intermittent problem where the throttle does not respond some times it will only idle when this occours.

We have the same problem. New pot. New fuel system. New ECM. New ECM harness. New front/pot harness. What did you do to fix your issue?
