A16 - Fault Code

Steinbock-Boss LE 20-60

Hi All

I have just got a LE 20-60, but will not go back or forward...
The sterring and fork hydraulick works fine, but when I activate the button for going back or forward "A 16" are showen in the battery display and the red led flashes plus the main relayes in the back turns on and off continioly.

What does A16 mean, and what will the best way to be to continiou?

Hi Roibeard, Wondering if you could help we have a Boss/Steinbock LE16-50 HV MK V A-1 YoM 1994. We have a code on the battery indicator gauge A 13 no forward or reverse, all other functions are okay. Any help would be appreciated
