8 series 3 ton Gas toyota Doesn't move

Hello....
I bought a used forklift... Start smoothly.. Lifts working properly but does not move forward or reverse...

Can someone suggest what could be the possible reasons for this..

park brake not released? seat (operator presence) switch? stuck inching ? broken U joint?
