Lift will not start, think its the windshield wiper motor but can't understand why lift won't run.
Anybody know how to reset computer?

Because this truck has a cab, the wiper is considered a safety devise. The wiper motor is shorted or jammed. This will inhibit start. You need to fix the short or jumper the motor connector with a resistor. you cannot bypass a safety interlock. The only way to get the truck running is to fix the problem.
