3rd Party Fleet Management Consulting

Being in the 3rd Party Fleet Management Consulting Business I gets lots of feedback both positive and negative. We here everything from "They saved us millions" to "It almost shut down our plant" I would like feedback from both end users and dealers that have had first hand experience with this type of service.

Also what types of services were implemented and who was the contact that made the comment or observation?
