2 many motors with only 12 hours

Hey everyone. I have a Mits FC30N. It is an A/C unit. The unit only has 12 hours on it. We have changed 3 drive motors 2 hydra motors. The encoder's keep going bad on the motors. Please anyone that has any good ideas let me know.

I agree about the horn.
what sort of floor are you running on? On an all wood floor, unless you have grounded metal plates, or grounded concrete, to run over, all the static straps in the world will not help.

Id look at the horn, replace it 3 terminal type / fit a condenser across it if its 2 terminal.

Yes they are encoder bearings. All of the static straps are there and it has white tires yes.

Could be a static problem, does the truck have non marking white tyres?
