198 overheat error code

Require assistance please. Have a Still R20-18 Ser#512011016814 approx 3 mins of hydraulic use going into tilt releif error code 198 overheat appears. 48 volt system battery in good shape minimal voltage drop under load.Amp draw approx 175 amps under load. Fan for drive motor/pump motor on right side of truck operational. No blockage in venting system. Can anyone suuply trouble shooting guide for this code including voltage/resistance readings for components related to hyddraulic system for error code 198.
