The cab was lifting fine, I was checking the hard starting issue, toyota 4Y, I lowered the cab, but went to lift it, was lifting slow, then stopped, I can hear the pump wind down when under load, is there a backup to lift the cab, do I need a new pump, or are there issues with this.
