Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo 2018

Germany, Stuttgart - 5th to 7th June 2018
Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo is held alongside Automotive Interiors Expo, Engine Expo, Automotive Testing Expo Europe and Autonomous Vehicle Technology World Expo, which combined are expected to attract at least 800 exhibitors.

Tier 1, 2 and 3 automotive component manufacturers from around the world will be at the expo to display their very latest technologies and products. Plus numerous more exhibitors will be on hand to discuss how they can participate in cost reduction within supply chains, and how they can offer new, alternative, cost-effective manufacturing and supply solutions.

The event co-hosts Engine Expo and Automotive Interiors Expo, meaning Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo is expected to feature over 300 exhibiting component suppliers.

Furthermore, international representations, pavilions and specialist components manufacturers will be participating from as far afield as Korea, China, Thailand, India, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, UK and USA, so this is a truly global supplier-sourcing opportunity in one compact location.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
