On May 27 - 30, the world's leading manufacturers and dealers in the tyre sector will meet up at the premier global fair called Reifen at Messe Essen. In the evening before the fair, Messe Essen and Bundesverband Reifenhandel und Vulkaniseur-Handwerk e. V. (BRV - "Federal Association of the Tyre Trade and the Vulcanisers' Skilled Trade") will present the coveted Innovation Award to the manufacturers of the best innovations.




The 28th International Tyre Fair called Reifen will be open at Messe Essen on May 27 - 30, 2014. The premier global fair is regarded as the leading meeting place of the sector and will show new tyres, vulcanisation, tyre retreading, trade, services as well as tyre and chassis technology. The organisers are expecting over 600 exhibitors on an area of more than 60,000 square metres. On the occasion of the last edition in 2012, around 19,000 visitors from more than 130 countries travelled to Essen. Over one third placed orders directly at the fair and did business in situ. 88 percent of the visitors were decision takers.
