Shenzhen has committed to build China (Shenzhen) International Logistics Fair with the character of "professional, international, effective, branded" and has gotten remarkable results. Why should we hold an exhibition on the aspect of logistics equipment and technology specially?

Market demand in Shenzhen

There are nearly 300,000 enterprises in Shenzhen, among which high-tech industry and logistics industry are two important pillar industries of Shenzhen economy. According to official statistics, from now to 2009, in only seven major logistics park in Shenzhen, the storage to be built will reach 2.1 million square meters; other social storage area will be 2.2 million square meters, with total area of 4.3 million square meters. The purchasing amount of relevant storage equipment devices will be over 12 billion Yuan.
With the expanding of logistics needing and service network, the strengthening of city distribution function as well as the replacing of old vehicles because of environmental protection requirement, by 2009, all kinds of newly purchased logistics vehicles in Shenzhen will be more than 20,000.

Market demand in China

According to relevant investigations, at present, the total revenue of logistics industry, total cost and amount of social logistics in China are all higher than GDP growth rate which indicates that China's logistics industry is undergoing rapid rise and development. In the current economic environment and market conditions, logistics demanding market is with great potential. Modern logistics equipments and technology are needed urgently with large amount. Logistics equipments are more and more perfect with the development of high technology. The space of logistics equipments and technology development is becoming broader and broader.
