Yale has been appointed as the designated forklift supplier to MotoGP, the motorcycle world championship.
In partnership with local dealers, Yale is supplying forklifts for six European editions of the 2017 Championship.
By associating with MotoGP, Yale hopes to reach some of the 369 million TV viewers and 18 million social media followers which the events attract.
Yale will be providing its services and short-term rental trucks to the events in the UK (27 August), San Marino (10 September), Aragon (24 September) and Valencia (12 November), after already supporting races in the Czech Republic and Austria earlier this month.
Harry Sands, managing director of Yale EMEA, says MotoGP stood out as a brand partner. "We feel that the values held by MotoGP align perfectly with what Yale stands for, and we look forward to displaying these attributes in the exciting and forward-thinking environment that MotoGP provides."
