Wolter Inc. continues to expand its footprint in the Ohio market with the recent acquisition of crane and hoist manufacturer, Cincinnati Crane & Hoist (CC&H).

Wolter believes the acquisition of CC&H, which has delivered crane and hoist solutions for more than 16 years, will enhance its capabilities and facilitate an expansion of its product offerings in the crane industry.

Wolter sells a range of materials handling products and services including forklifts and cranes.

The acquisition comes after a brief lull in Wolter’s extensive expansion which saw the company buy Ohio Valley Maintenance in December 2022, after acquiring Valley Industrial Crane in Dayton, Ohio in April 2022, and Integrity Industrial Equipment in Huber Heights, Ohio in August 2020.
