At the recent CEMAT Shanghai 2013, Weighsafe, a global Australian company, introduced its on-board products with Chinese partner Weighsafe Asia.

Technical Director Mr Colin Belbin said "Over the years I have visited China many times. With China's vast growth particularly in infrastructure, Weighsafe found a loophole where it is costing the Chinese Government and its people billions of dollars for the overloading of vehicles. Weighsafe can help with this situation by using our products on the vehicles within the logistics industry. This will not only ensure less damage to the vehicle and roads, but will also impact on the safety of the driver of the vehicle." Mr Belbin went on to say "We had an enormous response to our precision system Load 'N Weigh. This system is without a doubt the best wireless system engineered in the world today."
