We are a comprehensive solution provider that manufactures and offers a wide range of material handling solutions and services, including AGVs, manually operated Forklift Trucks, and other warehouse solutions and services such as racking, software and consultation services.

At LogiMAT 2024, Rocla AGV Solutions and Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks are exhibiting together in Hall 10, stand 10C61, presenting the best of both worlds: automated guided vehicles and manually operated forklift trucks that work as a team, sharing tasks and cooperating as one solution.

We believe the future of logistics is optimising the solution for each customer’s needs. Visitors at booth 10C61 in Hall 10 will be able to see a demonstration of the seamless integration between Rocla's Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks warehouse models. Optimised warehouse operations mean solutions built to serve specific intralogistics processes optimally and automation level to be right-sized for every need. Agility to allocate tasks to both AGVs and manually operated forklifts, depending on the process, schedule and priority, creates the optimal utility rate, increases the flexibility of the operations and creates the best value for the investment.

Act together - automated compact truck ACT

Our demo at LogiMAT24 showcases a solution that combines the best of AGVs, ACT and ART, and manually operated trucks, creating a perfect solution for each customer’s process. This teamwork involves AGVs and manual lift trucks working on the same processes together. FleetController software and the Automated Material Flow Control in it give the trucks tasks to share based on tailored criteria such as load type or load handling area. Whether it’s a hectic day or the truck driver is needed elsewhere, the solution can automatically adapt to varying situations.

“In recent years, we have ventured into the warehouse segment and increased our expertise. We are constantly developing our offering based on customer feedback. Now, our offering covers all lifting heights and different aisle widths. The latest addition to the Rocla AGV offering is ACT (Automated Compact Truck). Now ACT returns to LogiMAT as part of our mixed fleet demo,” says Kari Johansson, Solutions Management Director, Rocla AGV Solutions, Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe.

“Our AGVs are made to cooperate with other vehicles and people. This approach means more than just hardware or software: automation is part of a comprehensive ecosystem of all the solutions we deliver to each customer to solve their intralogistics automation challenges. In everyday warehouse operations, someone must think of capacity, resources and task allocation. With FleetController running the mixed fleet operations, part of that work is done by data-driven optimisation AI. As a result, the customers can enjoy the benefits of material flow control to a full extent,” says Matilda Suonpää, Product Manager of Warehouse Logistics Solutions, Rocla AGV Solutions, Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe.

“Designed and manufactured by the same expert team of engineers, both Rocla AGVs and Mitsubishi forklift trucks work in harmony, creating a familiar and efficient partnership that enhances operational effectiveness,” comments Marijn Nijhof, Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe.

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
