 Van Gent is now part of TVH Parts |
TVH Parts Holding has confirmed its acquisition of Dutch parts dealer Van Gent Forkliftparts.
All operations of Van Gent have been integrated into the TVH Parts operation, with its inventory now available through the TVH website.
The Belgian company is contacting Van Gent customers, sending them logins for the TVH webshop.
Van Gent customers are also able to return any orders up to and including 30 June 2021 to Van Gent.
Details of the purchase price and plans for Van Gent executives and staff have not been made public.
B.V. Van Gent started in 1967 as a Hyster dealer and has grown into a large-scale supplier of both OEM and aftermarket forklift parts.
