UN has introduced some new technology for its Very Narrow Aisle Truck. Compared with former V.N.A., the new one offers you excellent performance and operation.
- Electromagnetic proportional hydraulic control system
- JLP fingertip micro-electronic rocker
- Loading sensor electro-hydraulic proportional integrated valve
- MPC4 program controller
- Electromagnetic front wheel brake device
There is a potentiometer in the brake panel, allowing for linear responses. This can enhance operational stability and ensure maximum safety.
- Electronic steering device
When the steering wheel is turning, the drive motor sends out an impulse signal. The EPS controller directs the steering motor according to designated procedures after receiving the signal. This device completely overcomes the defects of mechanical or hydraulic steering devices and makes steering easy, flexible, accurate and effective.
Meanwhile, we have added an automatic return function. Unlocking the electric lock, the EPS controller automatically detects the last position of the steering wheel and returns there. In driving, the wheel position is shown in the panel.
- Lifting height fixing device
This patented device allows the operator to set various height levels on the panel to match different rack heights. This device is safe and effective, reducing the need for manual stowing.
- Aisle Terminal decelerate and alarm function
This function adopts radar telemetry. Speed control automatically activates when reaching the end of an aisle and the operator is alelrted by an alarm. This technology reaches superior safety standards, especially for top-level narrow aisle trucks.
- Aisle automatic guiding function
When the forklift drives into the aisle, the steering wheel will return to the middle, guided by the magnetic track sensor system. This allows the forklift to keep driving straight and avoids collision with the racks.
- Setting storing depth
The EPS-TR control module allows the operator to set the fork extention depth and avoid collision with racks, thererby enhancing working efficiency.
- Control speed according to mast lifting or lowering height
To ensure safety, we have adopted a graded speed adjustment device. When the mast is lifted over 4m, a height sensor will transmit signals to speed control system and vary drive speed according to different mast speed. This ensures safety and stability when goods are in high operation.
