In order to better meet their needs, TVH is excited to provide a new feature on our e-commerce site called My Equipment. My Equipment allows customers to quickly and easily save and track the equipment in their fleets in one convenient location.

Keeping track of each different machine, the parts needed and more can be challenging and time consuming. When it comes to managing the needs of a fleet, the more information available in one place the better. My Equipment allows users to organize their equipment data, automate research requests and connect their equipment to our research tool, Xpart, making it easier than ever to maintain their fleets.

My Equipment comes with many features that will help improve efficiency and save our customers time and money. With My Equipment, customers can:

• Organize equipment data by registering the vehicles in their fleet using their own equipment ID name or number
• Save recent searches tied to their specific vehicles and automatically link to TVH's Xpart and Research Requests feature. To help our customers find the part they need, TVH has information on equipment dating back 70 years ago to as recent as today, covering the majority of makes and models of equipment found in our industry
• Maintain information on their equipment by adding images, documents, notes, machine attachments and more
• Reduce search errors and save research time. Downtime and delays can mean lost revenue. By using My Equipment customers can reduce the chance of ordering the wrong part resulting in costly delays
• Easily track and re-order parts with rental/fleet ID attached to each order
• Get the most out of their of machines by exploring suggested parts or recommended preventative maintenance kits

This user-friendly feature makes maintaining information for rental or service equipment quick, easy and effective. To utilize this tool, customers must subscribe to Full IRMN.
