C-Tech manufactures electronic joystick controllers and components
TVH Group has acquired the assets of C-Tech Industries, LLC, a US-based company that manufactures electronic joystick controllers and components for the industrial equipment industry.

The acquisition price is confidential.

C-Tech will serve as a manufacturing division of TVH and will continue to focus on the products that it is known for in the industrial equipment industry.

With the acquisition of C-Tech, TVH will increase its manufacturing capabilities for the industrial equipment market.

Pat McLaughlin, president at TVH Parts Co, says: "We are excited to have the C-Tech staff join our team. They have a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience and we look forward to the collaboration of our teams in the coming months."

C-Tech was founded in 1999 by Greg Greene and is located in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio in an 18,000 sqft. (1,672 sqm) facility.

"C-Tech will now be able to bring more innovative quality products to the customer with world-class support through TVH," says Greene.

Founded in Waregem, Belgium in 1969, industrial replacement parts and accessories supplier TVH is represented globally by over 4,000 employees serving customers in over 172 countries in 32 different languages.
