TASK^™ Forklifts CEO, Ben Rainsford, proudly announces the arrival of the TASK^™ EYE function for the worldwide fleet of field service technicians.

TASK^™ EYE has been in research and development for the last 26 weeks and is a clever innovation that enables the field service technicians to connect to the Curtis Instrument controller, fitted to all the TASK^™ fleet, direct via the World Wide Web to the service support staff on five continents, including Australia and the U.S.A.

"With the TASK^™ EYE software, which enables us to interrogate each and every controller on the customer's site in real time, we are able to see the complete history of the truck and rectify any error codes and if necessary re-program the controllers (computers) " said Mr. Rainsford.

"Because we are able to carry out the trouble shooting live, we are also able to communicate with the technician on the job and offer them practical training which is invaluable." TASK^™ now offers the software to all dealers - the software is applicable to all current TASK^™ forklift models.
