Audi, Ford, Mercedes, Volvo, BMW, Citroen, Peugeot, VW, CAMI, Gestamp, Visteon, Trelleborg, Delphi etc. all have one thing in common - they are all ideal candidates for using telescopic forks. The reason for that is that they use a huge range of crates and racks for component storage purposes in varying widths and lengths By using KOOI-REACHFORKS^®, crates and racks are easy to handle because hydraulic extension forks can be extended to fit any conceivable pallet size. If forks are too short, crates are unstable and are prone to tipping. If forks are too long, goods stacked behind the pallet being handled could be hit and damaged.

Due to the special cross-section developed by MSE-FORKS, the outer forks cannot catch the lower-most pallet boards, which limits damage to pallets and goods to the absolute minimum. There is no need to exchange outerforks after a while because they can hardly wear as they do not touch the floor. The wear strip on its underside prevents wear and extends the lifespan of the forks.

Manual extension sleeves are often not an option because their length can only be adjusted to one other length and drivers have to get out of the truck too often to change them. This way of working doesn't comply with the LEAN philosophy as the sleeves can be heavy and there's the chance you cannot find them when you need to use them. Cycle times are commonly used in the automotive industry where punctual component delivery is critical, as even the slightest delay would cause even larger delays further down the line.
