Plant Handling Limited (PHL), based in the UK and one of Europe's most trusted suppliers of used forklift trucks to the local and worldwide trade, has launched an innovative new online service for their customers.

From their own account on the new PHL website, customers can now tailor-make their own offers to their own customers in their own region, using the exclusive features supplied to them from their PHL account, at the click of a mouse.

Whether from their office computer, laptop, iPad or iPhone, PHL users now have the ability to create their own proposals using Plant Handling's huge stock of carefully catalogued and photographed machines - online, fast, easy and professionally displayed.

"Just because we work in the used forklift market doesn't mean that our service to our customers has to be slow and old -fashioned", explained managing director Dilyan Alexiev. "The perception across the industry for many years has been that traders of used forklifts conduct their business in an out-of-date, unprofessional manner. We at PHL want to change that perception and create an air of trust, consistency and efficiently to help our customers stay competitive in what is becoming an increasingly more competitive market."

PHL customers have the option to insert their own logo, price and even language template on all their offers, whilst choosing which photos to present from the large bank of images available online. Customers will also have the option to hide any web links traced back to PHL, to protect their interests when presenting offers to their own customers.

"Trust plays a major role in all we do here", says Mr Alexiev. "It is of paramount importance that our customers can rely on PHL to support their interests first, ahead of the end-user market. They can also be assured that the machine presented by specification and images on their tailor-made offers will be exactly those of the machines delivered to them, anywhere in the world."

PHL holds a rolling stock of over 400 machines on one location of all makes, models and condition. They also manufacture Mobile Container Loading Ramps under the Easyramps brand - the perfect solution for loading/unloading containers. PHL can be reached by phone, email, and through their website and Apple iPad/iPhone application.
