Noblelift's MEWPs headed to South KoreaShanghai-listed materials handling equipment manufacturer Noblelift, is delivering 119 mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) to South Korean rental company Seyeon Tech Rental.
It marks the 600th scissor lift to be exported to South Korea from Noblelift this year from its newly created Access Division.
The delivery of the 119 MEWPs is part of a cargo of 300 scissor lifts enroute to the Asian nation.
“The order includes a mix of our SC08EC, SC10E, SC14E and SC16E models with working heights that range from 8m to 16m” says Kay Kang, general manager of Noblelift in Korea.
“Special features for the South Korean market, and specifically for this customer, include anti-entrapment devices, systems to prevent the platform travelling if elevated more than 10cm, and a foot pedal which must be depressed to allow operational functions”.
Tim Whiteman, access division CEO adds that “the Korean market is one of the most demanding in the world and this is a great vote of confidence for our brand”.
