Present Platter

Nichiyu invented the Platter, Japan's first stand-on reach truck, in 1958. At first, this model was used on platforms of train stations and for handling cargo inside freighters, in strictly limited spaces. The name of "Platter" has been adopted because of its association and later as the generic name to indicate the reach forklift truck throughout Japan.

Platter boasts a wide assortment of models with capacities ranging from 0.9 to 4.0 metric tons. It is available in numerous variations, including a side-loading model, multidirectional model and a cold storage or explosion-proof specification.
