Many years of experience in the Fleet Management and Driver Access control business has lead to the latest development from Collective Intelligence - the new Cimplicity range. The completely web-based system offers a substantial host of features with one major advantage - absolute minimum of fuss and complexity. For the senior manager it's additional safety insurance in the workplace.

The simplest and most economical driver access control and reporting system;

The Cimplicity online reporting console is totally internet based requiring no site infrastructure, as well as no site repeaters or routers, no dedicated computers and no loading of any software. Customers who require various reports on their equipment simply logon to the CIIFM website, register their email address and subscribe to the reports they wish to receive. The reports arrive in their inbox - it couldn't be simpler.

The Cimplicity range of hardware has 3 models:

Basic - General unit monitoring of equipment activity and impact details - driver access control via swipe reader / Multiple report suite on activities and exceptions

Plus - The Basic with the addition of a pre operational check acceptance switch / additional reporting suite and details

Pro - Includes the addition of an LCD display for individual pre op question display and response - extended report suite, all other features of the Basic and Plus

  • Standard agreement terms are 3 years (4 and 5 year options available)
  • 18 month standard extended warranty with product registration
  • Easy installation on most equipment (designed to be installed in an hour)

Cimplicity Reports:
  • The standard report suite will arrive automatically to your email address on completion of registration and installation of Cimplicity hardware.There are 5 standard reports;

    1. Monthly Reports:
    2. Total accumulated hours - reports total hours of activity for each vehicle.
      Helps to identify equipment being under-utilised.


    3. Weekly reports:
    4. Total accumulated hours - reports total key hours and the activity of an additional input (often traction or engine time) for each vehicle
    5. Impact Summary - identifies the 5 best and worst vehicles by impact quantity and impact size.


    6. Daily Reports:
    7. Detailed Session Report - detailed report by session indicates where checks are acknowledged.
    8. Behaviour Modification - a graphical report displaying the 5 best and worst operators and equipment based on impact statistical information.
