Health of Assets:
The GPS mapping and Asset View shows the location, utilization and health of each asset in real-time as indicated by the red, yellow and green status lights.

GeoFence Manager:
The GeoFence Manager will be enhanced to allow for improvements in setting geofences around multiple assets. The current GeoFence Manager simply allows for viewing and deleting of multiple fences. The new GeoFence Manager will provide for more site based fencing allowing the user to set a site fence around multiple assets in a few simple steps.

Maintenance Management Module:
The Maintenance Manager module is developed that utilizes the latest information received from your asset (eg. Run hours), to calculate and notify you of any upcoming maintenance requirements. This module includes numerous features for managing asset maintenance schedules and reporting options.

MasterTrak's Maintenance Manager will allow you to track critical maintenance intervals by hours on the machine or time (days, months years) since the last maintenance. Alerts and Reports will allow the customer to plan upcoming required maintenance activities and alert on units that are overdue.

Remote Contract Management (RCM):
With our two way communications capabilities we can both send and receive commands and messages from and asset. Remote Contract Management is intended to provide users the ability to remotely send a signal to put the asset into Creep Mode. Creep Mode is defined and controlled by the OEM and RCM is only a supervisor message that enables the feature. This is not available for all users and assets and you should contact you MasterTrak account manager for more details.

Alert Management System:
The MasterTrak system currently includes an independent Fault Code and Alarm Management feature. The Alert Management System combines these two elements into one module providing enhanced management capabilities and numerous improved usability enhancements.


Notification Enhancements:
The Notification features allow for multi-level escalation options. Simply put the user can define a contact group to be notified for Alerts and timing of escalation to new contract group if an acknowledgement is not received. Many features including multi-level escalation and time delays are included.

Impact Sensors
The MasterTrak Impact Module constantly monitors driver performance. You determine the shock levels to be recorded. Vehicle impact can cause damage to multiple components, including costly damage to the mast/carriage. At the time of installation, the system is easily programmed to meet your specific needs and MasterTrak 's unique shock sensing capability allows for a variety of options at the vehicle. It also gives management direct visibility to adverse conditions experienced by the vehicle and the driving habits of each operator.
