THE 'BIG 3' MODELS - Based on the most popular applications, Mobile developed a good/better/best mentality in developing three distinct models:

1. MLX55 - this premium heavy duty model boasts a captive North American pump design with a robust frame and a variety of state-of-the-art features that is particularly suited for the rigorous requirements of day-in, day-out heavy-duty usage.
2. ECO I-55 - arguably the most popular pallet truck in the world, this model combines a quality German pump design with a reinforced frame that is suited for large-volume opportunities such as large retail chains. Offering premium performance and features at import pricing, this truck has it all.
3. ELP55 - even when the market demanded a low price point alternative, Mobile refused to compromise. Instead of producing a 'cheap' version, Mobile offers a rugged model that combines an economic import pump design with a rugged frame. Mobile is so confident in this model that it offers the same two-year pump warranty as MLX and the ECO models.

HEAVY DUTY MODELS - For heavier than normal applications, Mobile created two robust models:

1. ML70 - an even more beefed up version of the MLX55, this model is designed to handle heavy-duty loads up to 7,000 lbs.
2. ML100 - specially reinforced, this truck is designed to safely handle super heavy-duty loads up to 10,000 lbs.

LOW PROFILE MODELS - Mobile recognized early on that there are many different pallet sizes requiring a variety of lowered height products. Accordingly, in addition to the standard 2.9" models, Mobile developed a series of low-profile trucks as well:

1. MINI - these models feature a 2" lowered height while maintaining a robust 4,500 lb. capacity and comes in a variety of standard sizes.
2. MINEY - this models also features a 2" lowered height and 4,500 lb. capacity but is built with a specific 32" wide by 48" long pallet size to fit standard four-way pallets.
3. MINI-1.75 - these models feature a 1.75" lowered height and like the standard MINI are available in a variety of standard sizes.
4. MO - the lowest profile pallet truck on the market today, the MO features a 1.5" lowered height, a 1,500 lb. capacity rating and is available in a variety of standard sizes.

CORROSION RESISTANT MODELS - Mobile features two models that are designed to withstand the rigors of cold and corrosive environments and still feature a 5,500 lb. capacity and a variety of available sizes:

1. ECO I-55-G - this galvanized truck is suited for cold storage and chemical exposure applications or for facilities where the trucks require regular washing down.
2. ECO I-55-SS - for the maximum in corrosion resistance, this stainless steel model is ideal for almost any wet, cold or chemical environment. This model is very popular with high salt facilities such as Fisheries; hygienic companies such as Food Manufacturers; and Clean Facility companies such as Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

WEIGH SCALE MODELS - Featuring all of the benefits of the regular ECO Pallet Truck, this model enables the operator to easily and safely lift, weigh and transport loads up to 4,000 lbs. and is available in two sizes. Accurate to 99.9%, it features a large, easy to read panel in either pounds or kilograms.

STRADDLE MODELS - Specifically designed with over-sized pneumatic wheels and rollers for uneven outdoor surfaces, this model features adjustable straddle legs and forks enabling the operator to straddle the pallet or load.

ROLL & CUSTOM MODELS - Innovative in-house design and engineering departments enable Mobile to offer the most comprehensive custom pallet truck designs in the industry. Whether it is custom widths, lengths, brakes, backrests or wheel type/configurations, Mobile can most likely meet your needs. Inverted V models designed to cradle rolls and brass covered frame models for spark resistant applications are just a couple of examples of custom designs that have become standard offerings. QUICK LIFT MODELS - Most of the ECO design pallet trucks can also feature a 'Quick Lift' pump which enables the operator to lift loads up to 650 lbs. to the maximum height in only 5 strokes. Loads over 650 lbs. up to the normal 5,500 lbs. revert to normal operation (10 strokes).
