Forklift drivers at Jaguar's Castle Bromwich plant are angry that their jobs are going to courier company DHL.
The Birmingham Post reported that the approximately 90 forklift drivers have been offered other options as Jaguar outsources the positions, but the workers are still unhappy.
One of the drivers alleged Jaguar was intent on forcing its way although workers had voted to reject an incentive package and the move.
"People are being told they can be redeployed within the factory. They are being offered a pay rise to switch and there is redundancy available but this is not the point.
"This is about saving Jaguar jobs. There are lots of other smaller departments in Jaguar - so what will be next?"
A Jaguar spokesperson told the paper DHL already held a number of logistics roles at the plant and the move was an "extension of their existing function".
