Behind every CRAYLER feature is PALFINGER'S dedicated, respected pool of specialists - crane engineers, forklift engineers, tailgate engineers - the best minds in the business, worldwide.

In designing the CRAYLER CR 45, CR 50, CR 55 and CR 65 PALFINGER engineers started from the ground up - to build a better, next generation truck-mounted forklift. They took proven advantages to new levels of safety, performance and service with features that set the CRAYLER apart. The result is a unit offering the speed, power, lift capacity and maneuverability you need to deliver brick, block, lumber and wallboard over rugged terrain, through crowded work sites, into tight spaces and on tight schedules with ease and reliability... in fewer trips. The unit can be mounted and dismounted in less than a minute to efficiently deliver materials when and where needed.

Some features and benefits of the PALFINGER CRAYLER include:
  • Center seat positioning (vs. side seat) which gives the operator easier on-and-off access and a more stable feel, and also a much better view for judging load centers or mounting the truck. Controls are in the front, which gives a large foot area with plenty of legroom.
  • Equipped with synchronized 3-wheel drive allows all three tires to be the same size and have the same rotation speed -improving climbing rough terrain capabilities. Twin-lock wheel motors deliver more power to the ground.
  • The PALFINGER CRAYLER has a width & frame opening of 98" (wide) using 31"x 15.5" tires, and a 59" frame opening (all models except CR 45).
  • It has the shortest truck-mount overhang per model in the industry making it safer to transport. It is light weight which puts less stress on the truck or trailer allowing for more pay load.
  • They also include a cooled 4 cylinder DEUTZ 64 HP Diesel Engine (all models except the CR 45) which makes the CRAYLER highly fuel efficient. The engine temperature is controlled for optimum performance and features a built-in pre-heater that ensures easy starts in the winter.
  • The 3-pump hydraulic drive system (all models except CR 45) allows the wheels, mast and steering to operate independently enabling the CRAYLER to power itself out of deep mud or sand... without stalling!
  • CRAYLER forklifts are built with a steering system that allows a 180° wheel turn. It can circle in its own "shorter" radius for unrivalled operating flexibility in tight spaces.
  • All PALFINGER CRAYLERS are built with heavy-duty and integrated components.

The latest additions to the PALFINGER fleet are the CR 50 PALREACH and the CR 55 4-WAY forklifts.

The CR 50 PALREACH has all of the standard features of the CR 55 forklift with the added ability to extend 45" across the truck bed for one sided deliveries. This unit is ideal for loading/unloading cubed loads, lumber, drywall and other building materials on tight job sites.

The CR 55 4-WAY forklift allows operators to deliver building materials such as scaffolding, lumber or wallboard over rugged terrain and through crowded worksites by turning all wheels sideways. The product can be off-loaded exactly where it is needed which helps reduce product damage, physical strain and product re-handling.

I know I can count on them. They give valuable suggestions on the campaign planning, and to publish content is as easy as abc, as they take care of the material layout and check links. This is a great support.
