Turning lost minutes into uptime

Ask any warehouse manager or fleet operator what holds them back, and the answer is familiar: downtime. Trucks waiting for battery swaps, AGVs parked in a corner to plug in, operators juggling schedules to keep the fleet moving — it all hampers productivity.

ENRMOVE eliminates the need for separate charging tasks — it happens automatically in the background whenever a vehicle pauses during its routine. Whether at a loading dock, beside a conveyor, or while goods are being scanned, power is supplied smoothly. No plugs, no human intervention, and no lost minutes.

From disruption to integration

Conventional charging needs dedicated stations, scheduled battery maintenance, and operator time to connect and disconnect. Even many so-called “opportunity charging” solutions depend on physical connectors or docking stations that require precise alignment of copper contacts or pantograph heads to enable charging, whether this is done manually or by an autonomous vehicle. In practice, that still involves intervention, careful positioning, and potential wear on exposed parts.

ENRMOVE removes these pain points by making charging invisible. The heart of the system is inductive power transfer: a sealed primary coil, embedded in the floor, mounted on the surface, or fixed to a wall or charging pad, generates a magnetic field when connected to the grid. A receiver coil on the vehicle captures the energy wirelessly, converting it into DC to top up the battery. Because it’s fully sealed and contactless, there are no exposed parts to clean, wear out, or pose safety hazards.

Three decades of wireless power transfer

This is proven, industrial-grade technology — not a prototype. Since 1996, ENRX has powered moving equipment such as luggage systems in airports and AGVs in aerospace, automotive, and assembly plants, without physical contact. In 2002, we launched high-power wireless charging for electric buses and trucks — operating at scale years before most on the market.

Today, our systems operate in some of the world’s most demanding environments, from automotive production lines running heavy-duty AGVs around the clock to distribution centres, pharmaceutical warehouses, ports, mines, ferries, and even theme parks with underwater rides. In smart city projects, ENRX builds electric roadways that charge heavy-duty trucks wirelessly at 200 kW while travelling at highway speeds.

ENRMOVE: built on proven performance

ENRMOVE expands on ENRX’s nearly 30 years of expertise in high-power wireless charging for public transport and heavy-duty vehicles — now tailored for battery-powered forklifts, AGVs, and AMRs. With energy transfer efficiency exceeding 92%, it transforms brief idle moments into charging opportunities, increasing equipment availability, prolonging battery life, and eliminating the need for separate charging areas or swapping stations.

Imagine a forklift waiting two minutes at a dock or an AGV pausing briefly before the next task. With ENRMOVE, those moments are no longer wasted; they become part of a continuous, efficient power supply that keeps your fleet moving.

Flexible, modular, and OEM-friendly

ENRMOVE adapts to your operations rather than forcing you to adapt to it. Coils can be embedded, surface-mounted, or suspended overhead, with ample positioning tolerance. The vehicle receiver is compact and OEM-agnostic, and ENRX works closely with manufacturers and integrators for smooth installation. Vehicles can retain their plug-in capability as a fallback.

The current ENRMOVE provides 3 kW of inductive power for 24 V lead-acid and 48 V lithium-ion batteries. The roadmap includes a 6 kW model for larger AGVs, a compact 1 kW version for small AMRs, and a 20 kW system for heavy-duty forklifts, with a launch planned for March 2026.

Safe, clean, and maintenance-free

A fully sealed, contactless design makes ENRMOVE ideal for industries requiring strict hygiene and safety, such as food and pharmaceuticals. It complies with international standards like IEC 61980 for wireless charging systems and follows ICNIRP guidelines for electromagnetic fields. With no sparks, exposed conductors, or heat zones, it is maintenance-free and built for long-term reliability.

Proven ROI and easy integration

Beyond convenience, ENRMOVE delivers measurable operational gains:

  • Reduced downtime and higher utilisation rates
  • Extended battery lifespan due to more frequent, shallow charging cycles
  • Lower operational costs through the elimination of battery swap rooms and reduced staffing needs for charging tasks

Retrofit kits enable you to incorporate ENRMOVE into existing fleets without replacing vehicles, allowing for gradual rollouts or pilot projects before full deployment.

The future of intralogistics power

No more charging rooms. No more battery swaps. No more workflow disruptions. With ENRMOVE, energy flows as seamlessly as the rest of your operation. For companies aiming to maximise uptime, safety, and flexibility, wireless opportunity charging isn’t just an upgrade — it’s the logical next step.
