In our first year of operation – when dial-up modems ruled the digital realm – connecting to Forkliftaction was a very different experience. 

It was also a very different industry. Over the past two and a half decades, we have navigated a host of challenges and opportunities together: globalisation, economic shifts, a pandemic, and numerous geopolitical tensions. The acceleration of electrification, digitalisation and the rise of automation technologies, have reshaped the materials handling landscape forever.

This year Forkliftaction is celebrating 25 years since the launch of our digital platform:

It was built with the aim of creating a single website where the industry connects to the global market through reliable independent news coverage, and to each other in search of business partners, job opportunities, and solutions to technical challenges.

In the year 2000, the Forkliftaction concept was certainly a bold idea. One that, quite frankly, had no guarantee of working. And at times through our history, we’ve had to wait for technology and our capabilities to align with our intentions. 

So, we can’t thank you enough for your ongoing loyalty, it has allowed us to keep tending to this space and our mission. Thank you for your contribution to the Forkliftaction story!
