The 2025 LogiMAT international intralogistics event has wrapped in Stuttgart, Germany with 1,625 exhibitors from 40 countries showcasing their products and services to the almost 66,000 people attending from across the world.

The organisers of the event say the assessment of those attending the event, which this year had the theme passions for solutions, was “resoundingly positive”.

LogiMAT exhibition director Michael Ruchty, from event organiser Euroexpo Messe-und Kongress-GmbH notes: “An optimised floor plan helped us accommodate more exhibitors by freeing up an additional 1,000 sqm for a total of 68,192 sqm net exhibit space”.

“More than one in three exhibitors this year (35.9%) came to Stuttgart from outside Germany – a quarter of those from outside Europe,” Ruchty continues, adding that many exhibitors report signing major contracts, launching projects, and initiating strategic partnerships.

“A total of 22.1% of industry professionals in attendance awarded a contract during the show or plan to do so immediately afterward,” event organisers say.

LogiMAT was attended by 65,719 industry professionals, which is down slightly on the 2024 record of 67,420.

Analysis conducted by independent market research institute Wissler & Partner found that half of visiting professionals (49.9%) had decision-making authority in their companies, and 36.4% were there with specific investment projects in mind, event organisers state.

Clark Europe CEO and president Stefan Budweit says of the event: “For Clark Europe, LogiMAT is currently the most important industry platform for presenting new products to a broad public, learning about the latest trends in the intralogistics industry, and establishing new customer contacts”.

The major themes at LogiMAT 2025 were consistent with the last few years, with a strong focus on automation, electrification and space optimisation as producers seek to meet market demand for solutions to the skilled labour shortage, rapidly increasing rents for sites, and the desire to improve productivity, efficiency and safety.

Forkliftaction News will bring you more on the product launches and these key themes after the conclusion of ProMat in Chicago this week.
