Supply chain management consultancy Middlebank Consulting Group will now offer Freterium TMS technology under a new collaboration covering the Australian and New Zealand markets.

US-headquartered Freterium’s TMS platform features end-to-end solutions including planning automation, route optimisation, real-time visibility and freight invoicing.

Middlebank, founded in Auckland in 1998 by chief executive officer Alan Win, has been operational in Australia since 2003, in Singapore and India since 2016, and more recently in the USA.

“The TMS market is projected to grow from USD16 billion to USD40.3 billion at a CAGR of 20.2%, from 2024 to 2029, with AI, ML (machine learning) and IoT (Internet of Things) significantly enhancing TMS capabilities,” Win says of the collaboration.

“With that in mind, we are excited to add Freterium to our portfolio, to empower our clients and their end-users with extended capabilities in addressing the complex supply chain and logistics environment challenges via collaborative and simplified technologies.”

Freterium chief executive officer and co-founder Mehdi Cherif Alami says this collaboration will help the company to increase its presence in the Asia Pacific.

“We look forward to the expertise that Middlebank Consulting Group will provide, in enabling us to help companies boost their logistics efficiency and control cost,” he adds.
