Intelligent clamping force control system: easy-MOVE 4.0
Easy-Move 4.0 is a FULLY WIFI CONNECTED and automatic electronic clamping pressure control system for damage free handling in white goods logistic, based on the association of the detected load between the arms with the correct cylinders pressure to properly grip the units without any exceeding force. When lifting heavy appliances like refrigerators or washing machines, the laser sensors and the electronic micro-control allow the system to detect the load weight and position and input the correct clamping pressure. Different to all competitors Easy-MOVE 4.0 also provides an advanced light signal driving assistance technology.
Preventing over compression and ensuring product integrity with Easy-Force-C
Big logistics centers often handle several types of loads and volumes that require different clamping forces. The innovative Easy-Force-C system, according to the load category, type and configuration, selects the right clamping force, optimizing grip without causing over compression. This system ensures uniform pressure distribution across the appliance surface, effectively preventing localized stress points and potential damage during handling. Additionally, Easy-Force-C enables to access, via smartphone, tablet or pc, handling data tracking and predictive maintenance.
With a quick selection, the system automatically sets the clamping pressure and Fleet Managers have remote control in real time.
4-Point Clamping Force Tester
To further enhance safety, Bolzoni developed a 4-point clamping force tester based on load cell technology. It measures the force acting on each point, calculates total clamping force, and provides detailed data. Warehouse managers can periodically check the correct clamping force distribution setting with the new Bolzoni Easy-MEASURE Check-up Program.
The user friendly LCD interface allows to save tests values and to store data on a USB stick.

Bolzoni carton clamp KT-CF model arms are equipped with bolt-on steel panels coated with a vulcanized black striped rubber, easy to replace without the need to exchange the entire arms.
