Thanks to its know-how on specific white goods handling procedures, Bolzoni Group enlarges its White Goods attachments range with the new Home Appliance Telescopic clamp, model KT-CF.

Bolzoni Home Appliance Telescopic Clamp - based on the Chain Drive System for complete arm synchronization – is suitable for the handling of home appliances and is specifically designed for the handling of pallet-less loads, e.g. washing machines in confined spaces, such as containers and road trucks. 

The combination of a chain drive with a tubular arm guide system provides an extreme wide opening range of 380 to 2.380 mm (15" – 94"), with minimal chassis width.

Thanks to its technical features this clamp represents a benchmark in efficiency for warehouse and logistics operations: the optimum synchronism of the arm travel and a maximum of speed make it a state-of-the-art attachment in white good industries. 

This is how we move it

Well protected cylinders actuate the inner arms, while the external arm set is powered by a chain drive. The intelligent arrangement of the drive components, such as the cylinders, chains and tubes, provides an optimum of visibility for a safe and efficient operation. The robust chassis construction consists of 4 chromed guide bars.

• Capacity of 700 kg @ 350 mm (1,550 Lbs @ 13.8") load centre

• Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Fork Positioner 

This electric driven fork positioner is part of the AGV attachments range. With all sensors and wiring already included in the supply, the attachment is ready to be fitted on the AGV and to run. Wide attachment range already available, both hydraulic and electric driven, with specific sensors controlled and managed directly by the AGV monitor. 

• Easy-FORK Vision Systems

Our range of intelligent forks: fitted with cameras, laser beams and led stripes to improve safety and productivity granting for better visibility from the driver seat.
