VP could face 10 years in prison
WASHINGTON, DC, United StatesFederal sentencing guidelines call for Robert E Quinn, vice president of forklift manufacturer Clark Material Handling Co, of Lexington, Kentucky, to serve 97 months to 121 months in prison, the US Department of Justice said.
On December 7, a jury in Washington convicted Quinn of conspiracy and illegal exports to Iran (

Linde AG supports UN initiative

New Pune plant for JCB India
ROCESTER, United KingdomJCB India, a subsidiary of telehandler-manufacturer JCB, is constructing a new, dedicated excavator production plant at Pune, near the Port of Mumbai.
The 250,000 square foot plant is part of a USD50 million investment in Indian manufacturing.
