As economies start to open up after the COVID-19 shutdowns, many forklifts are coming back into operation after weeks of sitting idle.
Forkliftaction News has previously shared advice on preparing equipment for a period of inactivity and, hopefully, many readers will have taken the appropriate steps to hibernate their fleets.
Getting back into action isn't simply a matter of turning the key and putting your foot on the gas. Especially with battery electric equipment, returning to operation requires some planning and preparation. While we again include advice from one manufacturer this week, it is important to consult with your supplier or service agent to make sure you get the most out of your equipment.
