As we head towards the end of the year, attention is starting to swing to economic conditions for 2019.
The International Monetary Fund is forecasting respectable global growth of 3.7% next year, but there are concerns that the world's two largest economies, the United States and China, are slowing.
With memories of the Global Financial Crisis still fresh, it's hard to believe that many economies are in the longest growth phase for some time and we constantly read about record sales and growing orders from the major materials handling manufacturers.
Of course, there are some worries at the moment - mostly due to political tensions.
We'll continue to keep you informed with another newsletter next week, before our year-end break. We'll then return on January 3, 2019.
