Recently, we noted that the Forkliftaction.com Discussion Forums are an excellent source of (unconfirmed) news. For some weeks, we have watched a discussion about NACCO dropping the Mazda and GM engines in its Class IV and V products.
This is clearly a significant change, with widescale implications. However, our attempt to get an explanation from the company has so far failed.
We were hoping to end the uncertainty and provide some reassurance, but have not been able to do so. That means that the uncertainty will continue - and the only insights our readers will get are unofficial comments whose veracity no-one can determine.
Of course, NACCO is welcome to answer the questions - either on the forum or by responding to our editorial enquiries!

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
