It's reassuring to read some positive results amid the doom and gloom of the European economy. While the mainstream media is focused on the financial woes, we note a survey of German industrial machinery companies indicating that most have experienced revenue growth in the last quarter. Better still, most expect revenues to continue to rise in the next quarter. Of course, Germany is one of the stronger European economies, but the improved equipment sales performance is a positive sign on a continent that hasn't had too much success lately.
