Ningbo Ruyi recently delivered a number of AGV tow tractors to a domestic customer. Senior leaders of both companies attended and witnessed the delivery ceremony, which also saw the signing of purchase orders for additional indoor and outdoor driverless tractors.

At the delivery ceremony, Ningbo Ruyi committed to high levels of after-sales support “to ensure the smooth operation of the delivered tractors and help customers create greater value”.

According to a company official, the Chinese manufacturer will regularly send maintenance staff to service the fleet. 
In addition, regular maintenance and driving training will be carried out to provide operators with better understanding of the equipment to ensure optimal usage.

The first batch of the QDD tow tractors delivered and accepted on site has been highly praised. The tow tractor was developed for long-distance indoor materials handling. It is equipped with a high-performance motor linked to a Curtis control system.
