Linde Material Handling Australia has appointed George Pappas as its new managing director for Australia and New Zealand. Pappas will also be executive director for KION ITS Rest of Asia Pacific Countries (RAPAC).
Pappas has been part of the Linde and KION Group for over 18 years, and he steps into his new role after having served as senior director of sales and service ANZ for the last four years.
As a result of this change, Leigh Atallah has expanded his role to become the director of sales, with Chris Devanny being promoted to national manager — key account sales, and Mark Goodge as national manager – retail and territory sales.
Nicholas Mavroucas has been appointed as the new general manager of aftersales, with oversight of the field service team, workshop and spare parts and technical operations.
Outgoing managing director Nino Pala will take a new role as senior vice president KION ITS RAPAC.
David Lasnek

Clark Material Handling Company has appointed David Lasnek and Justin Richardson as regional sales managers.
Lasnek will be responsible for assisting dealers in the Midwest Region. He spent the last 17 years selling Clark product for a Clark dealer in Des Moines, Iowa.
Lasnek brings with him extensive industry and brand knowledge, a unique dealer-focused perspective and a commitment to providing the best customer experience possible.
Justin Richardson
Clark Material Handling - United States
Richardson will be responsible for assisting dealers in the Northeast Region.
He has six years of experience in the materials handling industry, ranging from parts to forklifts and heavy machinery.
With his wealth of industry knowledge and excellent customer service skills, he is committed to creating a smooth experience for end customers and dealers alike.
Both will report to Rick Dahlke, national sales manager.
The Clark regional sales team is comprised of six regional sales and two aftermarket parts sales personnel with administrative support from Lexington and Louisville.
