Hy-Tek offers a range of new and used equipment for sale or to rent
Hy-Tek Holdings has acquired Advanced Handling Systems, a materials handling automation integrator offering a full suite of services with a focus on robotic solutions. The acquisition will form the basis of a new operating entity, Hy-Tek Material Handling.

AHS, located in Erlanger, Kentucky, has two facilities in the United States and employs approximately 90 people.
