Hy-Tek Holdings has acquired BP Controls Inc. and its Nogol Electric subsidiary.
Hy-Tek is a materials handling automation integrator serving clients in diverse end-markets and applications, including e-commerce, third-party logistics and parcel handling. BP Controls designs, engineers, and integrates controls systems and warehouse control software for warehouse automation applications.
The acquisition was announced by Hy-Tek Holdings CEO Sam Grooms, but details of the purchase price and terms were not revealed.

BP Controls has one facility in New Jersey and employs approximately 25 people.
Together, the companies will operate as Hy-Tek Material Handling, LLC.
