- Sensor Forks, which provide operators with a digital camera and sensor package in the fork tip that wirelessly transmits a video feed to an in-cab display, redefining the standards of visibility. Awareness of the forks’ location reduces the risk of overdriving a load in low-visibility environments, and even allows an operator to read the label of a load before picking it, saving time in handling.
- Weigh Forks, which enable efficiency-boosting mobile weighing. Operators save time by eliminating the need to travel to a stationary scale and instead, can simply weigh products on the go. Measurements are captured automatically, and data can be transmitted to warehousing systems for tracking.

- RapidSync is our latest hydraulic innovation for Multiple Load Handlers. RapidSync offers perfect fork synchronization, so operators never have to interrupt their workflow for realignment, reducing energy consumption and increasing efficiency. What's more, the forks move ultra-fast, with open and close cycle times up to 45% faster than other models on the market, which allows end users to move multiple palletized loads even faster in order to get more product out the door.
- Attachments designed and customized for automated materials handling, including AGV and AGF fleets. Cascade offers an increasing selection of all-electric attachments, which provide revolutionary energy efficiency while also eliminating the need for hydraulic components in an AGV, reducing system costs and maintenance needs. In the pursuit of providing further possibilities to customers, Cascade recently acquired mast manufacturer Lift-Tek (see full press release here).
